APPARELS AS A MOTIVATION FOR WEIGHT-LOSS










       Do you ever set any weight loss goals for yourself by buying a dress 1 ,2, or even 3 sizes smaller than your present size, hang it up somewhere at home where it's the first thing you see each time you get dressed for the day and then tell yourself  ''i must fit into this dress in 2 months time" ? Well that was one of the things that motivated me last year.

       Having lost almost 14 pounds since last december ,with the help of
 a detox routine which i Posted Here on the Blog ,regular exercises and proper diet plan ,I found one of my old plaid shirts that was a size smaller than my real size when i bought it and to my surprise i tried it on yesterday and it was a perfect fit,among other apparels in my closet including my denim pants which i now have to wear with a belt....lol.

         For me, sometimes the size of a beautiful dress is usually a motivation to get yourself back into the gym and start a healthy diet plan.But having said that,it's amazing what one has to go through when you have accomplished that weight loss goal.

       From having to get your clothes amended to a smaller size to shopping for belts and underwear to keep things in place....lol. Well , for those who can afford it ,it's usually an entire closet haul ,which is a good opportunity for some charity work.
  So i paired this up with a pair of skinny jeans and a pink pair of shoes from zara and made it my outfit of the day.Below are the pictures.
